Adult Classes

The Acting lab is a perfect opportunity for you to brush up your audition skills, deepen your understanding of acting, or work on a speciality skill. This four week class changes focus every month, and features a rotating roster of teachers who are also practitioners in the theater community. Some of our past courses have included Improvisation, Shakespeare, Acting for Film, Speech and Dialects, Clown, Acting Basics, and Auditioning.

Step into the spotlight—in character. Cosplay Dance is a high-energy class where adults learn iconic musical theater choreography while dressed as the characters who made it famous. Whether you’re channeling a bold leading role or a quirky ensemble favorite, this is your chance to fully embody the world of the show.

A yoga class for all levels and all bodies. Come experience the foundational principles of yoga postures, breathing, and mindfulness. Through this practice we will encourage more body awareness, grounding/balance, and overall stability- both inside and out! All you need is a mat and yourself!

Kids & Family Yoga is a welcoming class where children and adults explore movement, connect with their bodies, and grow together.
